I wish I had been at Grace then, Derek, when you first came here. Fall of 2007 when we visited Joe’s son Theodore and family was when her and wife, Jennifer, invited us to move close to them in West Springfield. As soon as I got home then to Newport, Oregon, I went online to see if there were any ELCA churches nearby. I was delighted to find Grace and learn that you and Dawn had just come there.
