Updated: Now’s the time to plan for Kirchentag

One of the few benefits of a down economy is that travel costs are much cheaper. To that end, there’s never been a better time to plan a once-in-a-lifetime trip.

A travel group from Grace Lutheran Church West Springfield will attend the 32nd annual Kirchentag. Taking place from May 20-24 2009 in Bremen, Germany, Kirchentag is a celebration and lay movement rejoicing in the Christian faith and featuring conferences, events and performances.

Pastor has recently found round-trip plane tickets to Germany for under $500, so your entire 10-day stay could cost approximately $1,000 per person. Contact Pastor Harman at pastorharman@gracelutheranonline.com or see Pastor after worship for more information.
