Grace Lutheran Church West Springfield is pleased to announced the date of its 32nd annual holiday fair will be Dec. 4, 2010, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Jung Hall.

The organizers are seeking salespersons, people to help set up, clean up and service people for the Saturday lunch. Sign-up sheets will be in Jung Hall as the event approaches, or contact the church office via email at contact@gracelutheranonline.com.

There is also a need for NEW donated items for gift certificates for the holiday auction, used items for the “nearly new” room, and homemade baked goods and candy for the bake sale.

All proceeds from the “nearly new” room will go toward the Grace Lutheran Church Scholarship Fund, while the rest will go toward Grace’s Women in Christ group to fund its ongoing missions.
